The mission of Helping Restore Ability is to promote independence and enrich the lives of those we serve.

Helping Restore Ability (HRA), formerly Handicapped Resource Association, programs enable individuals to stay in their homes, attend school or go to work, and most importantly, to remain self-sufficient.

Our Office Staff, Advisory Council and Board of Directors strive to assure that HRA provides the quality care our consumers deserve.
