Primary function is to provide personal attendant services (PAS) i.e., bathing, dressing, grooming, hair and skin care, exercise, feeding, toileting, transfers, ambulation, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, escorting, shopping, and assistance with self administered medications. To assist in providing a safe and clean environment and work cooperatively with client/consumer. Share observations and problems with his/her supervisor.
